The prospective politician was greeted at an airport by an Igbo follower who said, ‘Nwoke adigo committed,’ which caught him off surprise.
The sentence loosely translates to mean is now committed,’ a reference to Yul Edochie’s second wife tragedy.
He took to Instagram to convey how he felt at the time, writing:
“When I arrived at the airport, some of my admirers approached me to inform me that ‘Nwoke adigo committed.’
I laughed for more than a minute before gathering my courage to make this video.
