Sodiq Yusuf, aka CDQ, an indigenous Nigerian rapper, has criticized YBNL artist Asake’s new song teaser.
Asake recently shared a video in which he teased fans about what they can expect from his upcoming song.
The ‘Yoga’ hitmaker was captured delivering his lyrics in a mix of English and Yoruba in the untitled song.

Asake received praise for his musical ability from celebrities such as blogger Tunde Ednut, actress Iyabo Ojo, and fans, CDQ stated that he expected the singer to “do better than this.”
The rapper compares the music teaser to ‘Palazzo,’ a hit song by DJ Spinall featuring Asake.
“Sounds like Palazzo he can do better than this tho,” CDQ wrote in the comment section of Tunde Ednut’s post.
