Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Ayodeji Ibrahim Blaogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, has established a very marketable brand identity for himself and, as a result, has continued to elevate the reputation of his native nation.

Wizkid, a father of four, has a strong devoted following, and several of his songs are among the works that helped establish Afrobeat as a distinct musical genre on a global scale.

With his most recent album, “Made In Lagos,” Wizkid, who has won numerous music awards from the renowned Grammys, BET, Afrima, and MTV among others, recently set a record by being the first African album to spend two years on the Billboard World Albums chart.

On October 30th, 2020, Wizkid will release his fourth studio album, Made In Lagos. Reckless, Mighty Wine, Piece of Me, Sweet One, Gyrate, Ginger, Blessed, No Stress, Essence, Grace, Longtime, Smile, True Love, and Roma are just a few of the 14 songs on the album.

The deluxe edition of Wizkid’s album is released in 2021, and it includes four new songs: “Mood,” on which budding Afrofusion musician Buju collaborates with him; “Anoti”; “Steady”; and a remix of his Tems collaboration “Essence,” which also features Justin Bieber.

However, Wizkid’s “Made in Lagos” received a total of 2,213.34 billion streams from streaming services during the previous two years.

In the meantime, Wizkid, who delayed the release of his upcoming album More Love Less Ego (MLLE) due to the passing of Davido’s son, took to social media to share the album’s track listing.

He further stated that the new album would be released on November 11, 2022, a Friday.
