Wizkid came under fire for declaring his love for Davido, calling it “so false” and “trying to use Davido’s name to promote his upcoming album” (Video)
Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, recently professed his love for Davido and Burna Boy during a concert, which sparked comments from social media users. Wizkid is a Grammy winner.
Big Wiz took a few minutes in the popular video to express his appreciation for Burna Boy and Davido, two more superstar crooners.
He continued by praising their followers, who he believed were responsible for their current high regard.
However, some online users found this claim to be false and criticized the artist for it.
A Twitter user going by the handle @iamhbozz noted a couple instances in which Wizkid utterly snubbed Davido despite the latter showing him love.
