Mc lively, a Nigerian comedic actor, opened up about his career issues in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
While Mc lively enjoyed and excelled at his work as a lawyer, he was dissatisfied with it. And persuading others of his desire to be a comedian was a significant problem for him.
Mc Lively concluded his statement by equating his life to that of rapper Falz, who likewise left the legal system for the sake of entertainment. Falz is an inspiration and mentor to him, he claims.
According to his assertion:
When I was in law school, telling folks I wanted to be a comic was a tremendous challenge. People would always wonder why I had spent 5 years, including law school, becoming a comic. When you want to do anything, it’s usually easier when you know someone who has already done it. And I’m typically like Falz the Bahd Guy, who studied law as well. I just wanted to thank you, the boss; you’re one of my biggest inspirations and mentors.”
