Nigerian actor, Uche Maduagwu has slammed Davido for his recent romantic gesture towards his ex-girlfriend, Chioma.
The backlash came when Davido referred to Chioma as “the world’s finest Chef” after she shared a recipe on her Instagram page. Chioma is also set to perform at Davido’s O2 performance in London.
However, Davido’s recent amorous display with his ex-girlfriend, Chioma, elicited conflicting reactions from both fans and detractors of his songs. Some of his followers have shown their support for him and his family, even urging Davido to eventually propose to Chioma. Others were dissatisfied with his new romance.
One of those who didn’t fancy the new trend was Uche Maduagwu who blasted Davido for always using Chioma to steal or gain the spotlight. The actor accused Davido of using Chioma to save his career.

“So all these months you IGNORE this good woman for no reason on social media, all of a sudden when 02 Arena TICKET no dey sell like Odogwu own you miraculously remember to say she be world greatest chef on social media?
Just to get Nigerians in the UK to fill seats for your show or what exactly? This is just so wrong bro, I love your music but if you promise a woman marriage and for no reason do not fulfil that promise after introduction, engagement ring, and belle, no dey take am promote or grow your music career then”.
