The marriage between movie producer Abdul Bello and Funke Akindele has ended, according to JJC Skills, also known as JJC Skills.

JJC Skills acknowledged that there had been problems in the marriage for the past two years.

He acknowledged that Funke Akindele requested him to leave her home and has rejected all attempts at reasonable dialogue.

I must inform you, ‘Dear Friends and Family,’ that Funke and I have split up. WE SHARE A LOT OF THINGS TOGETHER AND HAVE GROWN 2 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN WHILE IT LASTED. TWO OF THE LAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN VERY HARD. FOR US, THE LAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN VERY HARD. EVEN THOUGH I KNOW I HAVE TRIED MY BEST TO FIX THINGS, I THINK IT IS NOW BEYOND REPAIR. ON FUNKES’ INSISTENCE, 3 MONTHS AGO. APART FROM AMVCA, I MOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET FUNKE TO SIT DOWN IN A CALM MATTER TO DISCUSS THE FUTURE OF OUR RELATIONSHIP. I’M MAKING THIS NOTIFICATION TO ENSURE THAT THE PUBLIC IS AWARE THAT WE ARE BOTH LIVING SEPARATE LIVES. We still have problems that need to be solved, like the crucial need to ensure the safety and well-being of our children and the need to untangle business interests, but I am confident that they will be resolved in some way.
