The divorce between Funke Akindele and Abdul Bello, popularly known as JJC Skills, a movie producer and former singer, has been confirmed.
He freely acknowledged that the couple had been experiencing problems for two years.
He acknowledged that Funke Akindele requested him to leave her home and has rejected all attempts at reasonable dialogue.
He claims that their marriage is now beyond saving, and while he makes the revelation, he is considering how they can easily raise their children and run their joint business.
“Dear family and friends I must inform you that Funke and I have broken up. We did a lot of things together and had two lovely children while it lasted. The past two years have been really challenging. We have had a very terrible couple of years. Even though I know I did my best to remedy the problem, I think it is now past saving. 3 months ago, on Funke’s demand. Aside from AMVCA, I haven’t been able to convince Funke to have a friendly conversation about our relationship’s future since I moved out of the house. I’m announcing this so that everyone knows that we are both living separate lives. I have no doubt that these issues will be resolved one way or another, even though there are still some that need to be settled, such as the custody and wellbeing of our children, which is of the utmost importance.
Funke Akindele previously broke her silence on her alleged split from husband JJC Skillz by acting as though everything was going great in their union.
Many rumors that Funke and JJC Skillz had split up have been dispelled by her choice to honor her hubby on Father’s Day.
The mother of two claims that JJC is a beautiful and loving parent in a post on her official Instagram profile. The 44-year-old also expressed his admiration and prayers for the musician through this method.
Funke shared a collection of images JJC took of all his kids;
Happy Father’s Day, sweetheart! I sincerely appreciate your beautiful and loving role as a father. God bless you more, Baba Ibeji of life! We adore you!
