Tacha, a Big Brother Naija contestant, has reached out to rural residents in her own unique way to emphasize the necessity of obtaining a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC).
The reality personality posted a video of the food items she packed as incentives for the outreach, including rice, oil, and noodles.
