Hilda Dokubo, a veteran actress, has spoken out against the ongoing deaths of twins, triplets, and kids who lose their moms during childbirth.
The actress questioned why, in 2022, communities would still adhere to such antiquated ideologies.
Hilda Dokubo believed that once the election is finished, the new government will be able to repeal the law.
“PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS,” HILDA wrote.
SOME COMMUNITIES ARE STILL KILLING TWINS AND TRIPLETS, AS WELL AS THOSE WHOSE MOTHERS DIED WHILE GIVING BIRTH IN 2022… SERIOUSLY, HOW IS IT THE FAULT OF THE CHILD TO ENTER THE WORLD? HOPEFULLY, WHEN THE POLITICIANS ARE DONE WITH POLITICS, THEY WILL TAKE ON THE GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY. PEOPLE, IT’S A WEEKEND ZONED OUT.”
