Moses Simon is up for permanent transfer from Nantes, and Leeds United and OGC Nice are competing for his services.

According to RMC, Simon and Nice have reached a personal agreement, and Simon has submitted a €10 million offer for the Nigerian international.

Meanwhile, Nantes wants €15 million to sell the winger.

Although Leeds United is willing to match Nantes’ asking price, Simon would rather go to Nice.

Simon is being sought after by the Premier League team as a potential replacement for Raphinha, a Brazilian winger who is anticipated to sign with either Chelsea or Barcelona.

In 30 league games for Nantes last year, the quick winger made six goals and eight assists.

The possibility of Simon moving to Brighton & Hove Albion has also been raised.
