The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu has arrived at the Abuja Federal High Court as his trial is resuming.

The Department of State Services, or DSS, agents hauled Kanu to court.

The IPOB leader is being tried in a court presided over by Justice Binta Nyako on terrorism-related allegations.

Justice Nyako had recently dismissed some of the accusations made against Kanu by the Federal Government.

However, a decision on Kanu’s bail request is anticipated from the court today.

Since his detention by the DSS in June 2021, Kanu has been imprisoned.

The IPOB leader was detained again in Kenya before being returned to Nigeria.
