Following the viral video posted by a woman named Chinazo under the Twitter handle fluffy Naz, in which she claimed that the color of the new naira note fades, a lot of similar and contradictory videos have appeared online.
She claimed in the video that her sister washed the newly designed N500 notes after forgetting it was in her pocket.
She claims that when it finally dried, the color of the 500 Naira note disappeared.
She wrote: “If rain drenches you and this money is your only hope, you’d be stranded”
