Nigerian woman blames God for her suffering and failure: “I was prosperous, owned my own property, and lacked nothing when I wasn’t serious with religion”
Mairo Bello, a woman from Nigeria, claimed that being religious had only given her “suffering, failure, and rejection.”
In a Facebook post on January 4, 2023, Mairo, a resident of Dubai, claimed that before growing near to God, she was prospering, had a home, and had no material needs.
When I wasn’t too serious about my faith, she wrote, “I was prosperous; I had my own home; I never lacked anything since everything always worked out well for me. But since I grew so close to God a few years ago, I’ve never missed a prayer and I’ve worked so hard to stay away from Haram.
“I’ve always suffered from failure, and it’s gotten worse over the years to the point where I’m being duped and even the most helpless animal is superior to me!
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I WILL HENCEFORTH CEASED PRAYING TO A GOD THAT CAUSE MISFORTUNES PAINS AND SORROWS TO HIS LOYAL WORSHIPPERS DONE WITH THIS SCAM CALLED RELIGION!!! KALAS”
She added that everyone had abandoned her, including famous public individuals she used to host in her home.
“Even though I’m an extrovert, I’m a pro at keeping secrets, cox Wallahi.” A is unaware of B, which is why so many people adore me since I will never reveal their secrets! I don’t want to give names, but when things were going on for me, many of your well-known public people who are in positions of power and wealth visited my home! They couldn’t afford hotels or accommodations, so I always had my door open to them, and I even provided some financial assistance! I am now treated like trash by them because NOT ONE OF THEM EVEN LOOKED MY SIDE WHEN THEY MADE IT.
“These were men who couldn’t buy a dish of food but always ate well in my house, and even if some of them were successful, I was still kind to them. If I give names, everyone here will be shocked to learn that I even know who they are, let alone know how to accommodate them! Since they are now in my former position, they now view me as being beneath them in terms of social prestige. I’m sick and tired of being kind; I want to be evil and callous instead!”
