Nigerian singer Barry Jhay was cleared of the murder charges by the Ghana Police and detained in Ghana in connection with the death of the Ghana label’s boss Karshy Gordon.
Reports on an investigation by Ghana police show that, shortly after the girlfriend of the record label manager, Barry was attacked by Karshy, he recorded a song to complain that he was acting abnormally. The Ghana police reported that he had been attacked.
The police report disclosed that Karshy jumped down from the 4th floor of the hotel they lodged in, 12 minutes after Barry who he reportedly attacked with a knife fled the scene. It was further learned that an eyewitness and CCTV footage corroborated the claim.
This is also coming days after Karshy’s girlfriend, Ada disclosed that Barry had no hand in his death.
