“Nigerian music industry is dead; International body don take over” – Samklef throws general shade
Samklef, a well-known music producer, has slammed Nigerian artists and their fans, declaring the music industry dead.
This comes after Grammy winner Wizkid pronounced rap music to be dull and dead.
He claims that a foreign authority now controls Afrobeats, and that the country has already lost two of its greatest performers, Burna Boy and WizKid.
He went on to say that the country’s music industry is now as local as its personalities.
