According to Xclusive, Wike stated in a recent interview with BBC Pidgin that only God knows what his next step will be.
The ex-governor stated that for someone who had spent the previous eight years in government, relaxing should be a priority, and that is exactly what he had opted to do.

However, if the former governor of Lagos State offers him an appointment, he would ask his wife and friends about their thoughts before accepting it.
