“Omah refused to hug him”- Omah Lay’s encounter with Ghanaian singer, King Promise stirs reactions

A video of the first meeting between popular Nigerian musician Omah Lay and Ghanaian crooner King Promise has gone viral online.

Omah Lay shook King Promise’s hand in the video before turning to go without recognizing that King Promise was attempting to give him a hug.

When King Promise noticed how swiftly Omah Lay had left, he was forced to lower one of his hands that had been raised for a hug.

The Instagram user who posted the video wrote in the description,

“Wahala!!! Ghanaians dey vex sey our very own Omah Lay no gree hug their own King Promise.”*
