Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor, has lauded his colleague, Zubby Michael, as Nigeria’s richest actor.
The controversial actor, who just married his colleague Judy Austin as his second wife, posted a selfie of himself and Zubby Michael on his verified Instagram profile.
“My Gee,” he captioned it. “Nigeria’s richest actor.”
Zubby Michael, according to Kemi Filani, had previously called himself the richest actor in Africa.
Michael stated in an interview with Broadway TV that he believes he is the biggest actor on the continent owing to his success in the film industry.
“For the time being, I am the richest actor, and the last time I checked, I make more money than other performers.”
“Honestly, I don’t think anyone is larger than me right now, and I’m not saying that out of arrogance; Zubby is the biggest actor in Africa right now.”
The actor believes God put him in his current position because he assists people and does not believe in tithing.
He further denied any involvement in money laundering, portraying himself as a well-known businessman.
