Meet palm wine tapper who owns two houses and Benz (Video)

Many are shocked when Nigerian palm wine tapper Utobo claims to have two homes and a Mercedes Benz as a result of his company.

In an interview, the 37-year-old tapper disclosed that he spends 19 hours out of 24 each day ascending to 53 palm trees three times.

He acknowledged in his statement that he fills the 24 gallons of palm wine that he sells at the market each day.

When asked about his life’s journey, Utobo said he began in 1997 at the age of 12 and utilized the business to pay for his own education.

Utobo moved to the state of Abia where he had made an unsuccessful investment in a fast food restaurant.

He added that he used the same wine company to support his wife’s tertiary education.

Utobo, a proud father who works as a palm wine tapper, is the owner of two homes and a high-end Mercedes Benz SUV.

However, social media users had conflicting opinions on the Nigerian tapper’s account and questioned his narration.

“He spend 19hrs daily tapping palm wine daily.
– What time did he use to distribute his palm wine?
– How many hrs does he sleep?
– He should tell us what he does actually. Palm wine story doesn’t add up.
In this current inflation in Nigeria, Mr Utobo story doesn’t add up one bit.” a social media user wrote in reaction.
