Mechanic returns N10.8m mistakenly transferred to his account in viral video, leaves Kate Henshaw impressed
Nigerian mechanic Mr. Timothy has received praise from Nollywood actress and filmmaker Kate Henshaw for upholding his principles and integrity in the face of temptation.
A client made a mistake and accidentally transferred N10.8 million (Ten Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Naira) to the young man’s bank account.
The owner of the funds, a contractor, could be seen expressing gratitude to Timothy and urging everyone to commend him for his honesty in the video that Kate Henshaw posted on Twitter.
The unnamed contractor claimed that the mechanic who fixes his own automobile went to the bank to repay the money.
He exhorted those searching for a reliable technician to use Timothy whenever they required auto repair services.
As the Contractor described what occurred, witnesses could be seen applauding and clapping in the viral video.
