Four days into the new year, the critically praised studio album “Made In Lagos (MIL)” by Wizkid has surpassed a significant milestone on the American Billboard Chart.

The multi-talented international superstar Wizkid’s fourth album, “Made In Lagos,” has spent more than 100 weeks at the top of the Billboard World albums chart and is now in its fourth year on the list.

In 2020, 2021, 2022, and now in 2023, the body of work has made an appearance on the ranking four years in a row. The first and only performer from Africa to accomplish this feat on Billboard is Wizkid.

On October 30, 2022, the “Made In Lagos” album was released. It was nominated for the 64th Grammy Award in the category of “Best Global Music Album.” Tems, Burna Boy, Damian Marley, Tay Iwar, H.E.R., Ella Mai, Terri, and Projexx all contributed to the project.

The deluxe edition of “Made in Lagos,” which was released on August 27, 2021, also featured Justin Bieber and BNXN (formerly known as Buju).
