J. Cole’s “Snow on Tha Bluff” fights police brutality, racism, and wealth inequality in his surprise release. Some have even opted to use their platforms properly to make dirty cops aware of the murder of innocent black people.
In a self-produced track (with the help of Kelvin Wooten), Dreamville Jermaine addresses all of the above. It’s also in response to the criticism that Noname has received over the last few years. She went to shed light on situations beyond Chicago.
