Following alleged ridicule of Funke Akindele’s failed marriage, Apostle Suleman, the general overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, has apologized.

The preacher made a remark after the news of the legendary actress’ marriage breaking up, which many people found offensive.

Apostle Suleman used the microblogging site Twitter to confront people about their breakup experiences.

The statement, however, did not sit well with many, and the man of God received criticism for deliberately making fun of Funke Akindele and her husband, JJC Skillz.

In an effort to clear his identity, Apostle Suleman said that the timing of his tweet was merely a coincidence.
