The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have warned Apostle Johnson Suleman against “unprovoked verbal abuse and screaming” against the group.

According to the IPOB, a man of God quitting his calling and attacking them without cause is confusing.

Emma Powerful, the group’s Media and Publicity Secretary, issued a statement on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, warning Suleman and others not to make any comments about the IPOB or the Igbo nation, stressing that such statements would no longer be acceptable.

“When did unguarded remarks against IPOB and the Igbo country become part of Suleman’s calling?” the organization asked.

“We have no intention of joining issues with Suleman and others like Tunde Bakare, but our message to them is clear.” They should stay away from any discussion of the IPOB or the Igbo race. Allow them to focus on their apostolic mission and refrain from rash statements or vituperations on topics unrelated to it.

“We warn Apostle Suleman and his likes to restrain from any comments on the IPOB or Igbo nation; as that will not be tolerated anymore. We don’t want to have issues with any man of God, and men of God should know their limits.

“Men of God in the Bible days were never known for controversies.”
