‘I don’t know him, though I’ve heard of him,’ James Brown says of his’mentor,’ Bobrisky. [Video]

James Obialor, sometimes known as James Brown, a Nigerian crossdresser, publicly mocked his mentor and senior colleague Bobrisky.

Bobrisky’s contribution to James Brown’s development and rise to prominence is no longer news.

James Brown was detained and paraded at the Lagos State Police Command, and his remark “They Didn’t Catch Me,” which he uttered in response to a claim that he was gay, became a fad.

After being released from police detention, James Brown spoke out about his health problems, and his video went viral.

Bobrisky, who said that James Brown’s video inspired him, pledged to provide him with a monthly stipend of 100,000 Naira.

Their connection evolved quickly as James Brown’s brand and fan base grew thanks to his lively lifestyle.

The duo’s partnership, however, came to an end over secret circumstances, and James Brown began competing with his instructor Bobrisky.

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, James Brown denied knowing Bobrisky and said he couldn’t talk about him.

When asked about Bobrisky, James Brown stated on his Instagram page, “Oh, I don’t know him, I suppose I’ve heard of him, and I can’t discuss someone I don’t know.”
