Nadia Nakai, AKA’s girlfriend, posts on Instagram about how she’s still in shock about her boyfriend’s passing.
In a drive-by shooting on February 10th in Durban, Kiernan Forbes, also known as AKA, was shot while standing outside a restaurant with pals.
Nadia Nakai recently shared a blog entry in which she discussed how tough it is becoming to accept that he is no longer with her.
The Young Famous and African star uploaded a video of herself and AKA from when he was still alive, during photo sessions and other outings.
Nadia admits that she doesn’t know how to cope with or accept her new situation.
Nadia penned:
Everyone says I’ll just have to learn to live with this anguish, but it’s just too much for me to handle. Simply put, I don’t buy it. It merely gets worse every day. I’m not sure how to handle this. Saying it hurts doesn’t convey how bad it is. My heart will never be able to recover from this void.
Individuals experience heartbreak and are supported in their grief by their lover. How do I cope with the loss of my partner, who was supposed to be my support system but is now gone? Oh, Kiernan, I miss you.
