Nigerian chef Hilda Baci was one of the tallest dignitaries to appear at the UBA Africa Conversations 2023 event in Lagos.
Talks held at the Tony Elumelu Amphitheater at UBA House on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 saw a gathering of senior executives and business leaders, led by is the President of the UBA Group, Tony Elumelu; The Group’s CEO, Oliver Alawuba, and other key figures in Africa’s economic, financial and commercial landscape.

At the event, Hilda Baci, who is still reeling from the awards that helped her attempt to break the Guinness World Record, after cooking more than 100 hours a few weeks ago, emphasized the importance of sustainability. , discipline and reading in business, as she advises young Africans to focus and empower themselves through the art of reading.
She said, “As a young entrepreneur, even if you do not have money to take a business course, you can read. If you want to survive in the business world, it is important to arm yourself with information and learn, as this will keep you going especially in a world that is constantly changing.”
