Regina Legum, a woman from Nigeria, said that her employer dismissed her because she took part in a rally in support of the Labour Party presidential candidate.

She admitted that although she worked as a receptionist at a hotel, she participated in the two million-man march that took place in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, on her day off.

She said how her employer contacted her when she arrived at work the following day and instructed her to meet Obi in order to give her work in an online video that has gone viral.

Regina claimed that when her employer’s brother inquired about her compensation for taking part in the event, she responded that she had not received any money.

She reportedly begged her employer not to fire her but his refusal to listen led to her termination the next day.

She claimed that she was accepted into the school this year and that she intended to use the receptionist position to support herself while she was a student.

Over the weekend, comedian Koboko posted a video of herself at the two million-person march in Port Harcourt.

He wrote; ”She got sacked by her boss for supporting Peter obi. I pray help comes her way.”
