“We are a very devout country, Muslims and Christians, we fast a lot, and it is part of the kidney disease.

Your body must be in homeostatic equilibrium, which means that the water level in your body must be sufficient to allow your organs to function.

Some people choose to fast for 10 or 20 days while only drinking a small amount of water to nourish their kidneys. When chemicals are added, it triples exponentially and harms the kidney since it has no water to dilute and filter it.

I fast, but I use good judgment. We need to fast sensibly otherwise we’ll pay with our kidneys.
