The Manchester United team showed up for practice at 9 a.m. on Monday after losing to Liverpool 7-0 in an embarrassing fashion.
According to reports, manager Erik ten Hag arrived at the practice facility two hours before the players.
According to United sources, he would meet with the players after the team’s worst loss in 91 years at Anfield.
When asked if the players had tried to justify their surrender during the post-game press conference, Ten Hag responded, “No, I didn’t give them the chance until today.
“We need to discuss it; I’ve simply offered my perspective so far, and we’ll do that tomorrow. I have confidence that this team will regroup and recover, as evidenced by our performance in the past.
