Aisha Yesufu, a well-known sociopolitical activist and ardent supporter of Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s candidate in the recently held presidential election, has explained why she chose Frank Nweke, the APGA’s candidate for governor of Enugu State.

One of the major players in the Obidient movement, Aisha, is backing the APGA’s candidate for governor in the elections on March 18.

So the Frank Nweke Jr. I have been talking about since when he and Peter Obi were in the PDP I should give up because he just so happened to select a different party, she wrote.

Nonetheless, because Peter Obi was a member of Labour, I didn’t support him. Because Peter Obi was capable, I backed him.

“Even before I launched my campaign for Peter Obi, I began to support Frank Nweke Jr. Many people weren’t listening. Now that the Labour Party is in power, my campaign for @FrankNwekeII has drawn attention. I don’t have a lengthy throat! I can’t wait to eat, I can’t!

Peter Obi has meantime urged the Obidients in the state of Enugu to support the LP candidate, Barr. Chijioke Edeoga.
