Eniola Badmus, Asake, Fireboy, 43 other musicians storm Tinubu’s pre-inauguration concert in Abuja [VIDEO]
On Thursday night, celebrities from the entertainment industry stormed into a concert ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
The event called “Renewed Hope Concert” was held to gather Tinubu supporters to celebrate before his May 29th inauguration.
The Nollywood actress and inaugural entertainment committee chair Eniola Badmus shared a video of the event on Instagram.
In the video, she is seen with singer Bella Shmurda among other guests of the concert.
She captioned the video:
“Abuja is about to experience 1st of its kind inauguration Concert featuring all the A list artiste to the Z list just because we believe so much in Unity and One Nigeria.
“Election is over. Let us come together as one and make Nigeria great again. The New Era here is called RENEWED HOPE.”
No less than 46 musicians, including Buju, Waje, Brymo, Fireboy, Kaycee, Asake, Timaya, Pasuma, Naira Marley, Tony Tetuila and Seyi Vibes, among many other music industry heavyweights, have captivated fans. admire the mesmerizing performances in the concert in honor of Bola Tinubu, and his deputy, Kashim Shettima.
Rising singer, Oniyide Azeez aka Zinoleesky performs. Wande Coal also thrills the audience.
Veteran singer, Inetimi Odon a.k.a Timaya wowed attendees by performing her hit song “As e dey sweet us, e dey pain them”.
A video surfaced online showing the moment the popular disco entertainer left fans and supporters enthralled with his mesmerizing performance. To please his fans, he performed the hit “As e dey sweet us”.
Singer Umar Sheriff was also present at the concert.
The event comes shortly after Tinubu and Shettima received the titles of Grand Commander of the Federal Republic and Grand Commander of the Order of Niger respectively in Abuja on Thursday.
