A former senator from Kogi west named Dino Melaye has accused All Progressives Congress (APC) senators of electoral misconduct with 24 hours left until the governorship vote.

Melaye charged a senator from the APC who was running for governor with printing ballots.

Additionally, he said that a different APC senator had produced results sheets in advance of Saturday’s governorship vote.

Melaye tweeted a succession of times, saying: “One APC senator printed ballots; another printed results sheets. How are these elections going to be transparent, fair, and credible? Indeed, Yahoo! Election. SDM

“How is it possible that someone who is running for office is printing important security documents? a current senator and APC contender for governor.

“A blatant conflict of interest exists here. The notion of participation has clearly been violated in this case. SDM”
