Adekunle Gold – Do You Mind?

Nigerian heavyweight singer and songwriter, Adekunle Gold returns to the music scene with another hit single, titled “Do You Mind?“.

Adekunle Gold, whose real name is Adekunle Kosoko, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and graphic designer. He was born on January 28, 1987, in Lagos, Nigeria. Adekunle Gold gained prominence in the Nigerian music industry with his unique blend of highlife and alternative pop music.

He started his music career as a member of a boy band called The Bridge but later went solo and released his debut single titled “Sade” in 2014. The song received widespread acclaim and established him as a rising star in the Nigerian music scene.

In 2015, Adekunle Gold released his debut studio album titled “Gold,” which included hit songs like “Orente” and “Pick Up.” The album was well-received by critics and fans, and it won the Best Alternative Song category at The Headies Awards in 2016.

His second studio album, “About 30,” was released in 2018 and featured popular tracks such as “Ire” and “Damn, Delilah.” The album showcased his growth as an artist and further solidified his position in the Nigerian music industry.
