Dino Melaye counseled Peter Obi, “Wait for your time, your time is not now,” and provided explanations [Video]
Dino Melaye, a former senator, told Peter Obi, the candidate for the Labour party, that the time is not right for him to run for president.
Melaye claimed in a 6-minute video posted on his official Instagram page that he had listened to Peter Obi’s lectures and discovered that all of his proposals and arguments focused on reducing the expense of government, which in his opinion is not Nigeria’s issue.
Dino asserts that Nigeria needs a unifier to bring about peace in the nation.
He asserted that not even during the civil war had Nigerians been as divided as they are now and that the only way to solve this problem is to choose a candidate who can win support from both the North and the South.
Dino Melaye continued by saying that Peter Obi’s ethnicity as an Igbo guy prevents some Northerners and Southerners from accepting him.
In addition, he urged Nigerians to back Atiku Abubakar rather than getting swept up in Peter Obi’s extensive social media operations.
