Despite boasting of becoming the 16th President, Pastor Tunde Bakare receives no votes in the APC presidential primary

Pastor Tunde Bakare of The Citadel Global Community Church received 0 votes in the recently concluded All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential primaries.

After spending N100 million on the APC nomination and expression of interest form, the senior pastor did not bother flying around to meet with party officials or national delegates in their states.

According to the priest, God has promised to appoint him President Buhari’s successor.

However, during the APC primaries conducted at Eagles Square in Abuja on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the former Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) vice presidential candidate received not a single vote.

The primary election was won by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the former Governor of Lagos State and the APC’s National Leader.
