Oluwasegun Shokoya The Nigerian hip-hop and Afrobeats singer David, better known by his stage name Davolee, has a head full of tales and a tongue full of resonating truth.
Davolee has a reputation for being a poet. His music and vocal tonality reflect his origins in Nigeria’s impoverished underground.
The burgeoning Nigerian independent artist street rapper first gained notoriety with his well-known freestyle, “Festival Bar,” which served as his significant entry to the music industry. He has carved out even more of a niche in the hearts of music enthusiasts with magnificent tunes.
As a producer of numerous hits, he also has other songs that are well-known both domestically and internationally in his repertoire. He has worked with some of Nigeria’s most accomplished musicians, including Masterkraft, Olamide, and Zlatan, to name a few.
