Reno Omokri, a Nigerian author and former presidential adviser, has chastised celebrities and fans who sent money to Davido on his birthday.
You may recall that Davido raised a massive sum of money by asking his friends to credit his account with cash.
Most people expected David to spend the money on himself, but he stunned everyone by deciding to donate it to charity.
According to Reno, the decision of Davido to donate all the money he received from his friends shows that he truly understands the spiritual principle of giving and receiving.
Reno wrote: “Davido is much wiser than all those who gave him monies on his birthday. He understands the spiritual realm and the ways of God.
He has secured a soft spot in the Heart of the Creator, by virtue of James 1:27. I commend him. What a heart of Gold.
