Harrison Okiri, also known as Harrysong, a Nigerian singer, has announced that he and his wife are expecting their second child together.
The happy father announced the news on his Instagram page, adding that he hoped the baby would be a boy.
The pop artist, who shared a video of the prenatal scan results, revealed that he had to accompany his wife to the hospital to confirm her pregnancy.
The 41-year-old, who was carrying his first daughter, Daviva, in his arms, went on to say that if his second child was a boy, he would name him Salem. He said:
“I HAD TO FOLLOW TO SEE AND CONFIRM FOR MYSELF THAT IT’S TRUE, AND YES IT’S TRUE. BABY NUMBER TWO IS ON THE WAY AND WITH THE BLESSINGS OF DAVIVA.
“I PRAY THIS ONE IS A BOY, THIS TIME. HIS NAME WILL BE CALLED SALEM!”
On March 27, Harrysong married his sweetheart Alex Gopa, with his friend and ex-labelmate Skiibii serving as best man.
In December 2021, the couple will have their first child.
