The biggest music festival in the world, Coachella, will host performances by Nigerian music icons Burna Boy, Tems, and Asake.
This was revealed in the design for the 2023 Coachella Music & Art Festival that the festival’s organizers, Golden Voice, unveiled.
The festival is scheduled to take place on April 14–16 and April 21–23.
Burna Boy sparked a sensation when his name was revealed on the schedule but was written in small characters, and Coachella, which has previously hosted African artists on their stage, earned more fame in Nigeria in 2019.
The concert will feature performances by Nigerian singers Burna Boy, Tems, and Asake as well as Ghanaian music superstar Black Sherif, all of whom have mind-blowing 2022, according to a list that has circulated on the internet.
Headliners Justin Bieber, Bad Bunny, and Frank Ocean were included on the list of performers who will headline the festival’s three days of musical performances.
