Boy Spyce, a rising musical talent whose real name is Ugbekile David Osemeke, was harassed by the police on Wednesday night.
The newest Mavin Records signee broadcast live his interaction with Nigerian Police Force officers who stopped his automobile.
Boy Spyce reportedly saw police officers as he passed a checkpoint, and when the situation grew tense during the search, he decided to broadcast the event live on Instagram so that everyone could witness it.
He was heard yelling loudly in the video as a police officer attempted to take the phone he was using to record with.
Because they thought he was being difficult, at one time his key was also confiscated while the automobile was in motion. The musician claimed he refused to turn off the light in his car because he didn’t feel secure in the way the security personnel was questioning him.
Boy Spyce then provided an update, saying that the issue had been settled and that he was well, following the back and forth.
