Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo, popularly known as Blackface, has accused his colleague, Ahmed Olalade Asake, of intellectual theft.

Taking to his own Twitter account, Blackface raged, claiming that Asake copied his popular song “Joha” without giving him any credit.

In the tweet, Blackface chastised Asake for acting intelligently while pushing him to do the right thing since he will not take the matter lightly.

Blackface’s fury arose after renowned video director TG Omori revealed that Asake’s ‘Joha’ video cost approximately $165,000. (N115 Million).

It was in reaction to the tweet that he wrote:

“You spend $165k dollars to shoot musical video for your artist Una no fit use 100naira call the owner of the song before una remix am Una dey form say una smart I believe E better make una do the right thing because this one I no go sorry for una ! I dey come !.”

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Blackface has called out a colleague for song theft; he previously done the same to Wizkid and Burna Boy, claiming that they stole “Ginger” (the Grammy winners’ hit duet) without his consent.
