BILS (Built-in Lagos State) is an Afrorap/Afropop musician that was born in Lagos, Nigeria. At the age of 12, BILS discovered his love of the arts and was later motivated by musicians like Fela Kuti, Tupac, Mystikal, and Kanye West. He began creating his own rhythms and tunes when he was 16 years old.
