The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has declared an indefinite strike as the two-month warning strike comes to an end today, Monday.
On Sunday, the union made the news at a meeting of the National Executive Council in Abuja.
ASUU accused the Federal Government of being indifferent at the meeting, alleging that the outcome will be relayed to Nigerians.

Recall that in February, the union called a four-week warning strike, which was extended by eight weeks in March when the union and the Federal Government failed to reach an agreement on university lecturers’ requests.
