Thembisile, a South African HIV activist, has resorted to Twitter to criticize a man with whom she claims she had unprotected s3x a few months ago while he was still in a relationship.

After he took to his handle to express his love for another woman, the lady called out the man in question.

When Thembisile saw his tweet, she came out and said she had unprotected s3x with him a few months ago.
