He urged the president-elect to do the right thing for the people and realize the Nigerian dream of a new nation.

Adeboye explained this at the monthly Thanksgiving service at his RCCG headquarters in Ebtemetta.

The GO, headed by his Special Assistant Reverend Dele Balogun, expressed hope that Tinub will fulfill his promise to the Nigerian people.

According to Adeboe:
“Let us pray for the new government that God will sustain it and give us the grace to do what is right.

“I am grateful to the president-elect for his promise to cure Nigeria. If God helps him, Nigeria will prosper in his hands.”
