Actor Tony Umez screams angrily at his mobile service provider, calling them “classless,” as he is irritated
Tony Umez, a 56-year-old Nollywood actor, yelled at Airtel, his cellphone service provider, in a rage.
Tony Umez, who made his acting debut in the 1994 movie Died Wretched: Buried in N2.3m Casket, vented his anger on Instagram about how his bonus had been erased and that his service plan was constantly changing without his permission.
Tony claims that as a result of them, he has lost thousands of naira, and whenever he phones customer support to complain, they always apologize and disconnect the connection.
Tony expressed his dissatisfaction by saying:
“I am furious, I am very angry right now at my mobile service provider, AIRTEL, because they will upgrade me without my permission and will switch me from one plan to another without notifying me. When I laid a complaint, the operator cut the phone on me after the customary apology, “eh I’m sorry, we had to upgrade you.” They regularly do this, and I’m irate and furious… they returned me to that strategy, but they eliminated the bonus at around 22,000 naira.
