Renowned actor Taiwo Hassan, well known by his stage name Ogogo, has responded to the criticism leveled at him for endorsing Bola Tinubu for the APC presidential nomination.
Remember how Ogogo, together with Jide Kosoko, Yinka Quadri, Adebayo Salami, Faithia Williams, Eniola Ajao, Foluke Daramola, Femi Adebayo, and Madam Saje, supported Tinubu in a viral video?
Nigerians responded to the video in different ways.
But Ogogo argued that everyone has a choice to make and that he has chosen to support Tinubu.
He posted the campaign video to his Instagram profile and captioned it, “Allah the Highest Has Given Everyone the Power of Choice. I wholeheartedly support Bola Tinubu’s campaign; exercise your freedom to free choice. I have selected mine.
Jide Kosoko also mentioned that he has seen Tinubu in action as a true leader.
I stand with Tinubu and read his Instagram post. Over the years, I have seen his growth into a true leader and his support for both humanity and the creative sector in particular.
